Eldaarich occupies a small island in the Sea of Silt, just off the mainland. This human city‐state is ruled by Daskinor, the mad king and his ruthless Red Guards.

Location

Eldaarich occupies a small island in the Sea of Silt, just off the mainland. Here, isolated and protected from the rest of Athas, the citizens huddle in the paranoid delusions of their mad Sorcerer‐King. Daskinor, ruler of Eldaarich, believes that unknowable forces in the world are trying to destroy him.

The city residents are in a constant state of fear as the templars repeat the phrases of control carved in the inmense walls of the city, the result is that the citizens know how to read, but are unable to write, unless they face the death penalty to do so
